I can not say enough good things about my recent experience with the people sent out by Econo West to fix my air conditioner. Richard Gomez and his team, Donald and Samuel, are the best. Professional, extremely knowledgable, friendly, punctual, informative, and efficient. I am a perfectionist by nature. Mr. Gomez is cut from the same cloth. The job was completed promptly, to perfection, with quality equipment at a great price. The rating scale goes to five stars, I give them 10! They have my highest recommendation!

They were able to get someone out within a few hours. I previously checked five other places who all said they were booked several days out already. They communicated by text letting me when they were on the way. Frank got here we'll within the estimated time. He was not only very professional, but took the time to help me understand the maintenance needed for my A/C! Frank was courteous, friendly, and patient with my questions. HIGHLY recommended.
