I own a business in Palmdale and unfortunately while I was on vacation the business windows were vandalized. I learned about the damage from a neighbor who called me while I was away. This is the last type of call you want to receive when you are 3,000 miles away. I called Servpro of Lancaster and not only did they answer my phone call immediately, but they were also at my office boarding up the window within 30 minutes. I was relieved that they got to my business so quickly. I spoke with them over the phone and they reassured me that no damage had occurred on the inside of the building, cleaned the broken glass, and boarded up the broken window.
