Excellent staff. Very friendly and caring. New patients must arrive Tuesday or Thursday before 5:30am (I arrived at 5:15 on my first visit and was not one of the first few people in line so I had to come back. The second time, I arrived at 4:45am and was the 3rd person in line. I was set up for intake on my second visit) I definitely would recommend to be there no later than 4:45am-5am and be prepared to be there until at least 10am-11am. I have been here over a month now and these wonderful people have changed my life!

It Works BUT ONLY IF YOU WANT IT TO AND ALLOW IT TO

Western Pacific Medical is ok (at best). The counselors in my experience in the 2-3+ years I've been going here don't last very long and aren't really that great or compassionate, nor is the "new manager" (Gina's replacement). It's really hard to get a dosage increase here. Kathy (who is in generally polite aside from dosing requests), the primary dosing nurse has a general negative attitude towards dosage increases, she will immediately refer you to the doctor (I kind of found her involvement strange, when I went to Palmdale Medical I never dealt with the dosing nurse when it came to dosage increases? When I wanted a dosage increase, I only dealt with my counselor who then would take my request to the doctor)? What's odd is I went to Palmdale Medical for over 10+ years. I never had a problem getting a dosage increase, additionally anytime I wanted one my counselor simply filled out a form (asked me what withdrawal symptoms I was suffering from), that would get turned into Dr. Stillion (who was wonderful to me the entire 10+ years I went there) the next business day & Dr. Stillion would approve my request & and I would get my increase next time I dosed or picked up? I was always honest with Dr. Stillion and told him I always would prefer an increase then to ever backslide, he always told me from day one as long as I was honest with him, he would take care of me to make sure I didn't backslide. But Lancaster seems to have a different morale or in-house way of handling dosage increases? I've only received ONE increase in 2-3+ years, and I suffer daily withdrawal symptoms that I try hard to manage. By the way, for those who are wondering why did I change from Palmdale to Lancaster, it was because I moved to Lancaster & was much closer to the Lancaster office. I actually didn't start going to Lancaster right away, it was after a few months when I started having transportation issues which forced me to switch to Lancaster. I hope this review is helpful?

Anyday during the week except for Wednesdays and you do have to be there before 7am. ..
Yes they do. They also take medical so you won't have to pay out of pocket. I'm on methadone and my insurance (medical) pays for it. I wouldn't be able to pay out of been pocket what so ever, especially after what COVID-19 did to the whole world. Good luck!
If you don't have insurance you can sign up for Medi-cal, which they accept. I have never seen anyone pay cash except when I started it was $20 per day but then medical started. I hope I remembered that right it's been 2 years. Good luck and I recommend NOT making any friends there because I have and got burned several times so just be careful is all I am saying. Only a few are cool. Stay well.
The doctor is there Monday's. Monday is the intake day for new patients.
Monday is intake for new patients, that is the only day the dr is there.
