I only give good reviews when they are really warranted and earned. I rented my unit online and had a glitch when arrived late on a Saturday to check in. The property manager Ilianet explained some things to me that were not explained by the online rep. and immediately resolved my issue with a friendly attitude. I would highly recommend using this facility. Cheers.

Fast and effective service. The administrators are empathic and efficient people who help and cooperate with the needs of the clients. In my case it was a matter of 15 minutes. Prices are better than other storage establishments. Clean, orderly spaces with equipment to facilitate loading and unloading.

Overall my experience was good. I rented my space over the phone on friday because I was not able to make during their normal business hours. The lady who answered the phone was very nice. However, she forgot to tell me that the unit was above another unit ( as you can see from the picture ). I was not aware of this and when I arrived on Sunday to my unit I was stunned that it was this way. I had to go to public storage and rent one there at a ridiculous price. I called today Monday and Ivonne gave me my money back and cancelled everything. So all turned out fine.
