Super unfriendly and unhelpful. Rented a truck from them for 7 hours and returned on time. Was then charged for 2 days. I'd go to a more professional rental service.

Awesome experience! Normally I wouldn't write a review for a storage unit, because it shouldn't be a very memorable experience, but I'm very happy I chose Sentry. The manager, Hermes, really helped me out whenever I had issues, and went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. The other gentleman was excellent too, I just don't remember his name. Highly recommended! My only complaint is the carts. Theres like 5 that are available to use that are difficult to navigate.

Staff was nice and helpful. It was my first time using a storage place and they had everything we needed and we got to make our own passcode. Make sure that you bring your own lock or buy one there for your unit. I had my own, but they don't automaticly provide you with one; however, the whole building is well secured.
