The staff took part of my belongings because they I left it there when i was just accommodating my storage, gates are always open so people in the are can go inside and take your belongings too. They got lucky i am a good person and I didn’t want to call the police but please don’t go there

The storage looks safe and nice... what I don’t like about it is that every time I visit it, the girl always has an attitude and sometimes is rude. She should change her attitude while giving attention to the public..

A/C UNIT NOT WORKING SINCE JUNE 2017, THEY MAKE IT WORK PART TIME SOMETIMES, THEY ARE BLAMING FPL FOR THE ISSUE, TBEY ARE USING THEIR OLD GENERATOR TO PROVIDE A/C BUT BREAKS UP AND HAVE DIESEL PROBLEMS, THEU ARE NOT GOUNG TO TELL YOU ANYTHING ABOUT IT, I ALREADY LEFT THE UNIT DUE MOLD DAMAGING MY STUFF, SUPERVISORS DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS, I WAS A DAILY CUSTOMER VISITING MY UNIT THATS WHY I KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON. IF YOU WANT TO BREATH MOLD OR HAVE YOUR STUFF DAMAGED AND OVERPAY FEES THEN STAY.

I’ve had my stuff in storage here for over two years. The staff is very helpful and the manager (Kevin) goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy. I highly recommend this place for all your storage needs!!!
