Went in at 12:45pm, I didn't know the entire office is shut down for lunch, even the kiosk to sign in. There was a woman with a bad attitude sitting at her desk, and I tried to ask if we were even in the correct place to get a new title and was told "we're closed". We walked around until 1pm, when people line up and have to fight for the kiosk. Then all the people who signed in at home start showing up. We waited an 1.5 hours and then was called to the counter, the same woman who we interacted with earlier, and she said their system is down and they are unable to do any title work, and they didn't know when it would be back up. If she would have been a decent human being and allowed me to ask her where I get my title, when I first walked in, I would have maybe left and came back another time. So, after the hour and a half wait, I ended up waiting another hour, along with many other people who also weren't informed about them not being able to do title work. Why wasn't this simply announced or posted while we were there? In the end, I paid them more government fees and the bureaucrats never lose.

If I could give zero stars I would.

Quick when paying property taxes. Car tags and taxes, mail them in or renew online. If not expect to wait.

I think so! I've seen people do that before. As long as you have some sort of proof of insurance, you should be good!
Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving.
The treasury doesn't monitor these question, best bet is to call them.

Yes they do, but they charge you a fee for using a credit/debit card.
8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
If it's just a few days/month, nothing much. But if it's been a year or longer, probably have to go to the DMV and take the test again.
8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Go online and wait in line there, they'll send you text messages when you close to the front of the line. But just depends how may people are ahead of you. I'd plan for 30 minute wait if you go in, in person.
