Although the delivery crew was courteous and careful while carrying the furniture items into our apartment, they left debris in the building hallway and damaged the wallpaper in the public area with the boxes. This is really disappointing.

2 guys put all 7 boxes on our driveway from ta huge truck in the street. Unpacked bed. No one realized how dirty the bed was but the guys did see some manufacturer defects/ took pictures/set up bed. When bed was set up and they slid the bed to the wall which now stained our white carpet, the white bed linens and we realized the whole bed needed to be cleaned/ wiped down. The claim was put in weeks ago and pictures taken for Berger, but NO follow up yet from Berger to clean the home damage yet. Im guessing they have a lot of claims and 1 person doing claims. Still waiting.
