Worst Kohl's location I've been to. I've been a loyal Kohls shopper for years and cannot stand this location. It's a shame the location is very convenient, but I go out of my way to find other locations. The service is horrendous, consistently. There are always long lines, disorganized merchandise, and worst of all the interactions with most employees are cold at best and utterly disrespectful, condescending, and hostile other times for no apparent reason. I go shopping to enjoy myself, and this location steals the joy and leaves me in a bad mood pretty much every time. I gladly drive right past this one to Maplewood where the vibe is so much more positive.
