Yes, everyone who goes through the gate has to pay. You can get your own pass though.

Too much :/ A pass for a single adult is $70. Kids are $30. At least that was what it was when I checked. You can look on their site to be sure.

Yeah we are opens Monsey through Sunday the only days were not open is holidays.

I think they open no matter the temperature but don't quote me. Haha we went last weekend for toddler time (an hour and a half before it opens to the public) and I think it was like low 70s when we first got there. Might say on the website.
