Brickell Xtra Storage, Miami/Brickell, location is a GREAT facility. As the original storage facility for the area, after many decades, they are almost a historical-like status pioneer in the storage industry here in Miami 1) The facilities are CLEAN and ORGANIZED. 2) The facilities AMBIENT TEMPERATURE are PROPER and CONSISTENT. 3) Prices are AFFORDABLE and FAIR. 4) The Management is FRIENDLY and KNOWLEDGEABLE (they make great coffee, by-the-way). Although there are other newer facilities nearby, notice how empty the newer places are COMPARED to the customer traffic of Brickell Xtra Storage (reasons 1) though 4) above). Keep Brickell Xtra Storage in-mind and on-your-list.

What a tremendous facility with a great management team and staff. Whether you are storing files for work, household items, high end art, furniture, precious jewels, or even wine, Brickell Xtra Storage is the place to be in Miami!!! Located just west of Brickell and easy access off of Interstate I-95, the building was easy to find with tremendous visibility. The family oriented staff make you feel right at home and we highly recommend using Brickell Xtra Storage!!

These guys are great! My wife and I just moved to the area and we needed some storage as we worked out the logistics of moving from the Northeast. David was very helpful assessing our needs and made sure we got a unit that would fit everything and wouldn't be paying for more than we need. Unloading the truck into the unit was super easy given their spacious loading dock and carts they have on hand. The place was clean and we didn't feel rushed. We checked out a bunch of other places but these guys won out on their fair prices and positive customer interactions.
