Patients beware. When you call Westmed to make an appointment, you ask them for doctors that are in-network and they nicely tell you which ones are and help you schedule. I call my insurance and they tell me that the doctors although within Westmed are not all in-network and even if the same doctor works in different westmed locations, the coverage is not the same. So all patients please confirm with your insurance if the doctor AND location are in your network. Westmed does not have the latest insurance information and they confirmed this by phone too. Even if your doctor claims: "I am referring you to this doctor and they are in your network", please call your own insurance and ask to confirm. If you don't confirm, you will be stuck with Out-Of Network bills!

Worst online booking system ever. I've been coming here for over 10 years and they changed their online booking system. Terrible. I been with the same providers for YEARS, all of a sudden the booking site says I cannot book with them and I must book over the phone. I work 7AM-7PM everyday, it is very complicated to try and call my doctors office within that time, which is why I book online!! To make it worse, you have to put in your personal information EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. What is the point of an online profile when you still ask me my name, DOB, gender, address, phone number, and insurance EVERYTIME??? Please go back to the online system you had before because this one is beyond mediocre. Oh, and the technical team never responds so good luck!
