⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Blerim & his crew ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stephanie front desk ⭐️ Having car damaged no cameras ⭐️ No responses on portal ⭐️ Wait 3 days for FedEx UPS ⭐️ Trash room piled to ceilings ⭐️ Stolen gym DB no cameras ⭐️ Fake 5 star reviews (Shashank Bhavaraju LOL) ⭐️ Water so moldy can’t wash clothes ⭐️ Fire alarms with no instruction ⭐️ EV chargers billing CC when 0kw used ⭐️ Management! ⭐️ Last straw. Sending me another tenants eviction notices. Morally & ethically incomprehensible. It’s tough to pin just ⭐️ on the Carraway, especially with a guy like Blerim always going the extra mile, but the mere issue of waiting 7 months to even reply to this review on Google shows the lack of commitment the management has to addressing tenant issues. With proper management, every ⭐️ review can be turned around but it takes work from their part. Talk to anyone that’s ever worked at the Ritz Carlton (or even Wegmans) and they’ll drive home the simple point that “not everyone should work in a field that requires interaction with other human beings”. When you simply “don’t care”, it’s hard to hide when you’re involved full-time.

I have a friend who lives at this property who I visit often. I’ve never seen a complex so clean, well kept & with the friendliest staff. I stopped into the leasing office to speak with the assistant property manager, Suzanne about a potential rental- hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. Right away she made me feel at home & educated me of all my options of floor layouts along with the amenities on the property. When my lease is up I will 100% be reaching out to her to fill out an application- there’s nowhere else I could imagine myself living. 100/10, highly recommend.
