Thank you AnnMarie and Gaelle for going the distance in helping me out on my stuation. This place is very hospitable. Tons of cardio machines and weights and resistance machines to keep you happy. Lots of elbow room. Not to mention the classes. What gym offers daycare? Lifetime Fitness does💪🏽🙌🏼

Used to be amazing. Been here for almost 4 years and honestly it’s not worth the money any more. The locker rooms saunas hardly work. When you complain they give you all the assurance that it’ll get fixed and same story few days later.

I have been a member of Life Time Fitness since 2017, never once have I ever froze my membership or EVER EVER felt the despair to turn outward. I always feel that things are best settled “in-house” and as most old fashioned individuals, we were conditioned that way. I’ve been at Life Time for MANY changes. Some good, lately some not so good.... I am very passionate about this place and its people - I can honestly tell you that up until recently it has been considered my home away from home.. and the people - my family. ALL people. However,.. not all feel the same, be that employees or members. Now, more than ever. I thank all those that have and continue to do everything in their power to have this magnificent concept remain positive .. and miss so many that are no longer here (AND MADE IT) the Westchester Once Bestchester Location.. too many changes (most negative) all at once to a place that we once turned to for stability ( dont most turn to a gym for that and a healthy outlet?), but I’m sure in time, it will be great again as with many places that have gone through so much these past few years. I just fear WHEN? There’s a saying, why fix something if it isn’t broken? Bestchester didn’t become the best by luck. Lifetime needs to focus on the members happiness. Sadly, Westchester’s Life Time has hit an all time low, reversing it’s roles - treating us as if we work for them, not the other way around. I think that some of the upper management forgets that without members, there isn’t a paycheck.. And, without a happy staff, it trickles. Toxicity is contiguous and spreads like wildfire (do you ever see the news report the good?). Sadly, the “lesser” roles, really have been keeping the institution afloat. They are amazing and the instructors and general employees deserve more and so often not get any recognition. And, of course, Rocco, the Life Time cafe manager, his social skills and charisma is that of which every individual in hospitality should possess. In addition, because of my own disgusting personal incident, others witnessed recently as well, how they were so inappropriately mishandled, and because of the world we live in today, in fairness, I feel I would be doing a great disservice if I did not point this out: INCLUSION, STEREOTYPING, RACISM, DISCRIMINATION .. comes in all shapes and sizes, all colors and races, all genders and “non”, all dots and stripes… Let’s not forget this, and let’s not tippy toe. For what? Isn’t that how we got here in the first place?! In my opinion, I think some of the employees need to remember that and may need to go back for a crash training. What’s good for the goose is good for the gander. We mustn’t be bitter, but better. Lastly, I don’t understand how a ‘finely’ tuned multi-corporation such as Life Time only finds it appropriate to respond to the positive reviews, and to dismiss the constructive ones, even though it took a LOYAL MEMBER (mind you, yeah, we even really got the true definition of “vip” for being the first to return upon the doors opening after the precedent lockdown and keeping the place in business)… BUT as I was saying, … a LOYAL MEMBER(S)… all these years to finally post an honest review. And, sadly, Yelp is the more accurate rating and verified so please check there. .. Perhaps in-house is doing exactly as they are told… to dismiss. I’ve been there for 6 years, I posted my initial review in May 2022, don’t I deserve any recognition? Or perhaps, these other reviews are just really mere only ghost writers? We shouldn’t be shushed, feared, targeted or harassed for voicing our unhappiness or concerns and we shouldn’t feel so helpless that we have to feel despaired, expressing it to the WORLD WIDE WEB. Is over $200 a month per individual not enough in order to gain some attention? (Insert silliness here!) Unfortunately, this could have all been avoided, proactively. This has been updated as of late September 2022. 10/4/22 -I froze my membership. Please feel free to contact me directly and ask me why. The founder needs to visit Westchester again.

Great pool area. Gym is doing Reno to add more equipment and Mat space. Would love to see more offered for kids space and more staff to clean locker rooms, weight rooms and machines.
