Great. Staff very polite and helpful. I was expecting my first visit would take hours. Finished my visit in a timely manner. Clean rooms. The waiting area had plenty chair space to be comfortable. The parking lot can be a concern. I prefer street parking. Thanks Concentra staff.

Worker's and Dr's were very nice. I received everything that I needed. The only issues is the MA assisting me was extremely new and it showed. She forgot to do somethings which made the process for me very long. She didn't know she was supposed do a test. I believe she didn't know how to preform the test or was extremely uncomfortable doing so. She place me in a room to be seen by the physician but I couldn't be seen unless the previous test was preformed. Which caused me to loss my place in line to be seen. Also when I was given paper work to be filled out the patient history form was not included. The physician could only partially complete my physical. Therefore, I loss my place in line again. I had to complete my paperwork before he could complete the physical. The physician had to go on the next patient. Organization is key. I was told it would be a 3-4 hour process It took 6 hours.

Really great people, very cooperative and quick. They talk and act so professionally with all patients and resolve issues so quick. I really had good experience there. I went for respiratory compliance for my company as per Cal-OSHA requirements, they understand paperwork and cooperate quickly.
