I've used E-Z Zone for years for all of my vehicles. They are a full service auto repair, and I can't imagine a job they can't do. Tony runs the place and lets me know what the problem is and what options I have and he always gives me an estimate on the cost beforehand. They work quickly and efficiently. Tony even lets me know what needs my car may have in the future and will work with me to prioritize any upcoming repairs. I won't take my cars anywhere else. They are outstanding! There was no organization for people arriving before the doors opened. I had no idea where the office was. It was cold and rainy so everyone waited in their cars but when people started getting out, they were just standing around. No line. Nothing saying "line up here". No sign in or check in available. Everyone went for the door when it opened. I was expecting an all day wait for my car because of the number of customers, but it was ready about 10:30am. Very pleased with the expedition of service.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I only put one star because it’s not possible to rate it no stars. My truck had issues with the brakes, and the issue was not solved the first visit after they supposedly “fixed” them. I went back a second time and was greeted with a rude “What’s wrong with the truck?” Not even a “Hello” first. This was the head mechanic (manager). Now I take my truck some place else but can’t get anything done because these idiots kept the key to my tire locks. Terrible service.
