Back to five stars, because the management addressed our earlier concerns. Nowadays it is very refreshing when that happens! We are looking forward to the planned improvements, and already enjoying the nice, new pool furniture. Sunny Pines remains a quiet community with neighbors who are friendly, but prefer privacy, just as we do.

This park is so beautiful and peaceful! My grandparents think it's the absolute cutest place to be! I'm so thankful they have a place they can feel safe in. The manager here is very sweet and very educated. She really knows what goes on in the park and keeps a watchful eye on her residents. Very sweet and overall a comforting place.

This Park is like so many other properties. It's not owned by an individual. It's a commodity to be bought and sold on the open market. It used to be a family-owned Park. But not anymore. It's just one of many. Owned by people out of state. Or others like it ones by someone in another country. Like the land directly behind you.
