Mold in the shower was not cleaned and just caulked over. Shower head was not the best. Bed was ok, the pillows were very uncomfortable. The windows not being the best it is a littlw loud being off an exit from the highway. Hallway smelled a little bit of a sewer. Breakfast is 12.99 and did not look to appealing for that price.

I booked this property because it was very close to a client location. I am a very frequent business traveler with more than 200 nights per year spent on the road in hotels. I manage an engineering consulting firm with more than 200 consultants. I was told when I checked in that breakfast was included with my room but that turned out to by less than accurate. I ate breakfast in the restaurant before checking out and was surprised to be presented with a bill for $13.93 for a very very subpar breakfast buffet. I brought this to the front desk attendant's attention and he was less than helpful. Sure enough, I received a final bill that included the breakfast charge. The room wasn't very clean, there was a smell of cigarette smoke throughout the hall and in the room throughout the night. The overall level of cleanliness was subpar and did not meet expectations for a chain hotel like Holiday Inn Express. I will be sharing my opinion on this stay with IHG and will be strongly considering removing the brand from our list of authorized properties for business travel.

I love staying here. It’s always clean and staffed with great employees. The breakfast is not free but good. I haven’t seen bacon on the buffet since Covid but everything else is great.

3/18/22. Not happy with our stay for 2 nights. Hotel was clean, but the beds were very cheap and not comfortable at all. The shower head barely worked and hot water was warm but not hot like most other places. The breakfast was not included in the price which was a new one for me and the sign saying 10.99 apparently wasn't even the right price which I found out after she charged me 12.99 for. Which also was not worth that for sure ! The hot tub was also not available which didn't state that at all on the site. Over priced and wouldn't recommend over the price .
