Been going here for many many years. They have always treated me right and very friendly to me. They go above and beyond to try to help with your needs. They even save me my ecigs until i can drive from out of town to get them. Nothing but high praise for them. I know i have read a couple of not so good reviews, but some people dont understand when they have the doors closed and ask that you go thru the drive thru, they are trying to receive their inventory which is hard for 1 person to accomplish while working both the window and inside. Cut them some slack!

It's great when the manager Eric is there he is always nice! But it seems I always go when the old cat lady is there and she is rude and never wants to open the door. I walked up and she told me to go through the drive thru.I was looking for a new CBD product so how am I supposed to shop from the drive thru? She came out after about 3 minutes as I was leaving and asked if I wanted to come in. No thank you I was going down Sheldon near Bear Bayou to East side Smoke and Vape shop where they are always nice and you can walk-in and shop for all of your smoke needs. I have been going to Tobacco mart for years off and on and will never go back there again!!

They are like family to us. So cool n down to earth. Can't ask for better people to run the barn close to us. We even take them our cook out as we share with family. They are our extended family. Love them!!!!!

When you say u will be back near 5 30 don't make people wait past 6! This place should open near 7! The day whoever works here and had an emergency it said this store had like 10 people show up and leave. Then you had 5 waiting and we all left cause we waited over 30 mins!
