My daughter and I came through the drive through to order some slushees and fries and on the menu it stated we could add “Real Fruit” to a drink so we ordered it as a Strawberry Slushee add Strawberries, the rude drive through person couldn’t understand us I guess and proceeded to be very condescending repeatedly saying “HUH??” As if what we were ordering was something absurd. Food was fine. Service and their knowledge on the menu needs work.

It's Tuesday night 9 pm 03/23 and we've been in line for 55 minutes. They came outside and got our money so we can't leave now. Never again. No apologies, no explanations. Every car in front of us has sat at the window for over twenty minutes each! This is crazy. Everyone would've left by now but since they got each car to pay after ordering, we're now stuck here. We will never trust them again. If you're short on time do not come here. I've waited twenty minutes at fast food restaurants, but never a whole HOUR
