This is a completely honest review, I walked in to sell my Xbox one X with 1tb memory like new. Was greeted by a Hispanic lady she seemed friendly. I placed the system on the table and I told her what I was selling and mentioned that it was the 4K gaming version. She told the guy (I'm assuming her manager) what I was selling and all she said was it was a game console didn't specify anything. I was asking for $200 the guy didn't even look at his employee, he completely blew her off. She tested the system and told me to wait until the guy was done. A few minutes later the guy walked by and she told him again and he glanced at her and very rudely said no I need it for $150. I laughed at the thought of selling an XBOX ONE X with 1TB of memory at that price. I walked over to look at their systems and they had the Xbox one SLIM for $367, needless to say I didn't sell my system. I'm not sure who this man is or what his name is but he is a white complected Hispanic man kinda scruffy. He's a terrible, terrible negotiator, very rude, very smug and most importantly treats his staff very poorly. Im not mad that he low balled me, I'm mad at how he treated me and how he treated his own employee. This guy is not a people person and should not be running the business. To the owner of the business: I'm sure you're going to read this review and say screw this guy but I'm a very friendly person and seeing someone belittle others as this man did really urkes my nervous and you guys should really consider a management or supervisory change.

Contrary to many of the reviews , customer service is solely based on who they think might buy. No hello, or a hi from anyone and I was the only one in the store at the time , no body cared to ask me anything and i went in to see the amps and guns they had. Most of the items are overpriced , such as $500 plus tax for a sks when they're $420 new ,the 5.56 they had was about 4 box's of 20 rounds to choose from and at 7.99 which is the same as any other retailer. Overall I dislike the store as they said there could be no hagling on anything, even when there are defects clearly in an item. Would not recommend this place
