Why is this stop & shop in such rough shape? Place doesn't feel like a stop & shop, shelves always look empty even prior to pandemic, poor lighting, place looks like it needs improvement like the store itself not the employees. Place feels abandoned & huge difference from the one in South Bay which is 10min away.

This is the best Stop & Shop I've been to since moving to the Boston area! They had everything I needed, and more than that, I had an exceptional customer service experience. I so appreciated Monique at the deli, and Nicole at self check out, both who went above and beyond to assist me. They made it a cut above, and I'll definitely be back!

No this stop & shop on blue hill does not, but the one in south bay has a liquor store. The stop & shop on blue hill has NOTHING on the one in south bay
Is there currently on strike right now but even before the strike the Roxbury Stop & Shop with substandard hopefully when the strike is resolved it's standards will get better
