I had a very nice experience with Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I came 1 late evening interested in buying a Jeep but didn't quite see the one that was right for me but Malachi this young season veteran, assist me very well and let me to a nice Lexus convertible. Assisting me from a to z as we went through the process until the Lexus was mine. All his other friends, bosses, Financial assistance were just as efficient as if I was one of those rich people on the hill. They treated me with much respect and if I ever need another car I'm going to go there and allow them to assist me again. They get five stars of my book.

I had a fantastic experience Daniel the sales manager made everything wonderful and easy as I had to drive up. My sales agent Sal was absolutely wonderful and made everything simple he helped me understand the truck in the entire process it was absolutely amazing and I would love to go back to buy more vehicles from this particular dealer! In the future When I Look to buy a truck I will be looking specifically at this dealer is they give phenomenal deals and obviously sell a lot of vehicles

Yeah I feel ripped off a bit. I believe they knowingly took advantage but they receive bonuses so it's all good for them and a big middle finger to our credit score because now we have to return our car.

San Leandro DRCJ sucks!!! They do not stand behind there sales, crappy customer service; they just want your money!!!! Go to Levermore Dodge instead, excellent customer service!!!!
Run as fast as you can Worse customer service I have ever had. 80% of the other customers I have talked to while there feel the same.

I would talk to Stoneridge Dodge; stay the he'll away from San Leandro Dodge. There Customer Service sucks once they have your money; if yiu dont believe me, yelp or Google them....
It depends on what shift you go in there. Your best bet honestly is to go down to the county recorder's office and figure out who actually owns that company and contact the owner. Good luck
That is something that you will have to go and talk to the dealer about. Typically if you had the car for 6 months all you can do is do a trade in but I don't think you'll get full value for what you paid. So when you're done you'll still owe more money on it.
