Phoned & checked to see if they had the parts I needed (& they did!) I was approx 3 hrs away. When I got there it took 40 min to get the parts, that's crazy!!! 2 service/mechanic people just standing & talking for most of the 40 min. It was not busy in there.

We brought our truck there with something wrong with steering. And they sent us away as if nothing wrong. Saying we needed new tires. We went to tire place. First thing the guy said for a tire to wear that way something wrong with wheel bearings or shocks. We call back to why wsnt fixed and said they didn't have the wheel bearing in stock.So instead of being honest they sent us away with our company thinking we crazy. Why not be honest and say part not there want to wait or get fixed later.

Great techs always helpful. Parts are always correct. Sometimes theres a wait to fix your truck but thats everywhere you go . Atleast they get it done in a day if its possible!

Standard 6ft distancing and they have lexan on the counters. Pretty sure they disinfect at least 3 times a day
