Orangetheory is awesome. It has everything you need in a 1 hour workout. Coaches, staff and the members in the community are so encouraging and always there to offer their support. I can’t not recommend Orangetheory enough!!!

The Coaches and the Staff really make this place feel like home where I can CRUSH any goal I have! The work out is super fun, quick yet effective and the music is so amazing - no earphones required! This place and workout is WORTH the money - they hold you accountable so people who don’t show for classes understand how they are taking space from other members.

I love that it's at your own pace, but you are encouraged to do your best always. The benchmarks are a great way to push yourself to do better than your last. I love the reminders during our workout like, "Remember why you're here", "It's all in the mindset". The community is what I love best of all. We're all there with the same goals and building friendships along the way.

The staff are friendly easy to talk to they make you feel comfortable and always greet you with a smile :) the coaches are amazing they make your 60-90 min workout worth every $ they are approachable and are always high energy which gets transmitted and makes you push your workout even harder. Love the location as well! Only 5 min drive from home, I really enjoy small groups! Never thought I’d burn that much calories in a day! I feel good about myself thank you OrangeTheory!

I’m pregnant. Can I still do the workout?

If you’ve already been doing Orangetheory and become pregnant, check with your doctor first. Our heart rate monitoring is a perfect way to keep an eye on your intensity as you progress through your pregnancy. If you are a few months into your pregnancy and haven’t been doing any sort of fitness training, wait until after you have your baby and we can help get you back into shape!

I have issues with (part of the body). Can I still do your workout?

Absolutely. Our coaches are trained to provide options for each exercise on the floor, in addition to offering a low-impact bike and strider alternative in place of the treadmill for lower body injuries or orthopedic restrictions.

Of course. Orangetheory is geared toward ALL levels of fitness and everyone is free and encouraged to go at their own pace. We recommend trying a free introductory workout, then discussing any thoughts or questions you may have regarding your fitness goals, with your coach.

What do the 5 zones mean, and why is the Orange zone so important?

Orangetheory is 5 Zone heart rate based interval training using specifically designed and timed interval training blocks. During a workout, members focus on Zones 3, 4 and 5. The workouts are designed to produce 12 minutes or more in Zones 4 & 5 combined (to achieve the after burn) during the treadmill training portion of the workout.

Our workout room has a variety of equipment including treadmills (bikes and striders as alternatives), WaterRowers, and floor equipment including dumbbells, benches, TRX suspension trainers, medicine balls, BOSU trainers and AB Dollys.
