Says open but locked,scary place to shop,droved from Hayward just to see get my next boot ,no more Redwings for me,Just chicken wings ,Going to cobblers instead or iWork.waited for this place to open after pandemic.

Went here at 2pm and they were out to lunch and didn't even have a correct time they were going to be back. Didn't know stores with posted hours could close for lunch. Once I went back an hour and a half later there was only one lady working. Took 25 mins just to get boots to try on. How are they going to only have one person working and the close for lunch?

I wish there was a No Star rating! I went there to find a new pair of work boots and large rude woman at the front interrogated me about what I needed (like i didn't really need them), had a nasty attitude and could care less about what I was saying. I thought maybe it was because I was a woman looking for work boots, but I soon found she was just lazy and angry at everyone. She spoke to me as if I was there to give her customer service not the other way around. No eye contact and just really unprofessional and the rudest staff I've encountered in a long time. I can imagine I am not their only victim. I will NEVER return to this retailer, nor will I spend a penny of my money supporting this particular location, and I will never suggest it to anyone ever.
