First time customer,and last. Quote apparently it changes according to the full moon, they try to charge me $300 for 10 bottles of water.Is not gold ! The customer service person is very aggressive and rude never clear on anything but I need to pay the water she said...I pay $84 so far and I think I'm done with this company. Did not receive a contract so I guess everyday is a new price. Zero star ⭐ I'm returning all the bottles!

We had a new water softening system installed yesterday. Josh was great - professional, knowledgable, and willing to answer all the things I had questions about. Originally, I put in a service call for repair. But after at least 18 months of neglect, there were several parts that needed to be replaced. After comparing costs, we decided to go with a new system. They upgraded us to the Smart HE. Installation was quick and as expected.

I am satisfied with Culligan so far. I really wish they would get a notification system that is helpful. Sometimes I get notifications that my delivery is the next day and sometimes not.
