There have been some things that we have been looking for and haven't been able to find through fb marketplace, but I always love to come to this Goodwill to just look around. 🙂 Was able to find some things that I've been looking for.

This Goodwill Thrift Store carries great items and very low prices. The Cashier that I interacted with was very courteous and pleasant.

Beware when donating here I would suggest donating elsewhere . They over price every thing now . Stuff animals alone are 5 dollars, baby items now are 15 and up . I saw a baby’s bike priced for 50 dollars. Many items priced for over 35 dollars . It’s crazy to me because everything in this store is donated and they have the nerve to charge what the item is worth as if it was brand new or even more.

Cashier rang a stuffed toy for $5 and as soon as she hit total I noticed. I called it to her attention and asked for a refund. She called the manager a shorter heavy set lady and she pointed to the return policy and said we don't return toys. I hadn't left the store and I tried to explain what has happened she was not interested. I feel very taken advantage of and not appreciated at all. I do not like the Winder Goodwill at all because of this and I won't ever donate to them again, something I regularly have done. I am extremely disappointed in that location and that manager in particular. I won't "round up" anymore and I will be extremely selective on my shopping. Just very unhappy with a business I have been very happy supporting in the past. Way to go winder goodwill manager.
