Run as fast as you can Worse customer service I have ever had. 80% of the other customers I have talked to while there feel the same.
Stay away. 4 hours waiting for an oil change that was promised in 30 mins. Next was recall work. 2 cust service agents behind the counter. 1 playing solitaire on the company computer. 11 people in line. I was # 10. 30 minutes later there was 8. Now the solitaire guy was on the phone talking trash to his woman. I left.
I would say have all your facts, and be like them. don't buge until you get what you want, and of course checkout other places. I had a good experience there doesn't mean you will.
