I went here and i ordered a lemonade. Then I went to the little sidebar. I grabbed about two pounds of pickles. I started eating the pickles. I started smelling the pepper. Then a worker came up to me and gave me FREE chicken. Pickles 11/10. Pepper smell 10.78/10. Lemonade 10.02/10. Costumer service 20.43/10. Restaurant 31/10. Lovely.

Meh! The lobby was closed so it was just drive through. The bbq chicken was super dry and they didn't give us napkins with our order, which sucked since we are from out of town and had stopped in on our way back home and then had to eat in the car with no napkins 🤦‍♀️.

I went there this morning for breakfast. Dining room was closed so I went to the drive through. I waited at the sign where you order for over 10 minutes. There was no sign that anything was broken. I kept saying hello but nothing. So I went to the window. A girl asked if they took my order. I said no but I want some tacos for my son and I. She said breakfast ended 1 minute ago. I said that I've been waiting at that sign for over 10 minutes to place an order. She left then the manager came to talk to me. He said sorry but breakfast is over. I also told him I've been waiting over 10 minutes. He said then why didn't I order anything. I told him nobody asked for my order. He said that he was out of eggs, bacon, etc. He saw that I was getting upset which he found funny because he laughed. I left. I'm from San Antonio and I've been going to Bill Miller's for over 30 years. This is the worst that I've been treated. They have used the pandemic as an excuse to treat people worse and worse while raising their prices. I think I'm done.

The brisket is legit. Macaroni and cheese, hash browns are good. Chicken was very flavorful and not too overpowering with crust. Not a big fan of the links. It was standard sausage. Didn’t taste a lot of smoke.
