Cleanliness is not a priority at this location and neither is security. We got a warning as we parked by a person staying that all his tools were stolen from his room. We walked inside and realized there was no fridge/microwave combo and that the carpet was probably never ever cleaned. The beds were comfy, pool was large and clean, and the bf bagels were the best I’ve had. The last night we were there some violence happened outside our door. Some guys were yelling and fighting. It was just not safe for family.

Room was clean and beds comfortable. Overall the facility is run down and there were a lot of people hanging around, or walking to the convenience store across the street. We heard sirens and trucks all night. We did not feel safe in this hotel, and someone actually tried to break into the room about 0300. Find another place to stay.

Quality of this hotel does not meet my expectations or prior experiences with La Quinta. The bedrooms are dated and poorly maintained. The bathroom was sink was clogged and water did not go down. The location is noisy and we stayed in a room with a door that goes out to the street. There were always people roaming in the area out on the street who were not guests. The staff was great, but the hotel needs better maintenance and security.

Check in at 3 was delayed due to rooms not being ready, zero chance the hotel was even close to full. Room was decent and clean for the most part. My biggest complaint was the shower had no hot water. I tried several times over 3 hour span and no change. Called front desk, they came to look at it, and their (night manager) response was oh that’s pretty good I don’t shower with very hot water…. At 1030 ask if I wanted a different room, which was unhelpful as I was leaving in 6 hours. Spent less than 16 hours in room (with delayed check in)… no compensation or discount on room. Would not recommend to friends/family.
