I spent just shy of 4 hours waiting for a coolant change and brake fluid replacement. The place wasnt busy (many open bays) and they seemed to have plenty of staff on hand. I seriously got to the point where I was starting to worry they broke something and needed the extra time to fix whatever they broke. Now I'm looking over my engine trying to see if anything is out of place. None of the costs were presented before hand, so I got a 140 dollar charge for swapping out coolant I could have done myself for 20 bucks. Brake fluid change was another 90, so after labor and taxes I was presented a bill for 250 dollars which is a lot more than I was hoping to spend. This is the second incident I've had with jiffy lube (last time, a different location screwed on the oil filter so hard the next shop couldnt get it off) so it is unlikely I will ever use this company again, and will be taking my future maintenance needs elsewhere.

Pathetically slow. Been waiting for over an hour and still haven’t even started being serviced. When I got here there was one car already being serviced I front of me, and another between us. That first car took them 45 minutes to service.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. I paid over $75 for an oil change and ran out of oil in less than 2 months and I don’t travel anywhere, I just travel to work and back and ran out of oil. I have never been more upset.

It was a 20 minute oil change fairly fast visit. Didn't catch that my coolant and windshield reservoir were very low , didn't seem like much care other than passing us through as quickly as possible. Needs improvement Jiffy Lube !!!!!
