Long-story short, avoid this store at all costs. You are better off going to Round Rock with a more competent staff. Purchased a glider chair from this store location back in November (21'), which we love. My wife had never experienced La-Z-Boy chairs before and she was taken back at their comfortability against other market competitors (she is pregnant and looking for relief). She liked the chair so much that she went back to buy a new couch for our office. My wife probably instructed our salesperson (Mariana) about 50 times during the sales process (I remembered getting annoyed with my wife) that the couch pull-out needs to be memory foam - not a spring mattress. The couch has been in plastic due to the office being under-construction up until yesterday, but upon taking that plastic off, we find the pull-out mattress to be spring. Now La-Z-Boy is telling us that - they did make a mistake, but we have to pay $500 for the memory foam that we upfront already paid for. They are not willing to work with us and are saying that we need to pay or they have to pick it up bc it is on the 10th day (you cannot return items after 10 days).

I called this location frantically needing a nursing chair due to an incident with well known baby furniture store that apparently is known to lie to it’s customers and execute shady business policies. This left me without the chair I bought & paid for in full, right before my due date. Stella was amazing, and although she didn’t have a chair that would fit my needs that I could take home from her store, she called around to other La-Z-Boy stores in Austin and found a beautiful nursing chair at the Round Rock location that I would be able to take off of the floor and would be a perfect fit for what I wanted and needed. She was so kind and helpful, and that’s customer service that is hard to find anymore. Although I did not buy from her location, La-Z-Boy has a customer for life. Thank you, Stella! I love my new chair and I am so appreciative of the extra effort taken to help me.

Wonderful help from Amy and Joe! Many choices on Recliner Rockers and options: power, material, styles. Need to order at this point due to short supply due to Covid.
