I love the fact that it was 2mins from my job however I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Kitchenette with no pots pans nor utensils .people working on cars in parking lot day in and out.. there’s always ppl standing out no matter what time you come in. Hotel hallway has a bad odor.. I’m not sure if I see more animals in and out or if I see more homeless ppl coming in and out.. Bed was comfy but pillows are flat . Smokeless room smell like cigarettes. And behind the building there’s always ppl standing out smoking and drinking . The elevator works sometimes.the side door which you’re suppose to have a key card to access is jammed so anyone could come in.i tried getting refund cause the stay was unsafe however I wasn’t successful of getting it back but I’ll definitely NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!! I had to get up all through the night to make sure my rims and or car was still in parking lot…

I don’t know what the negative reviews are about - we checked an employee into WoodSprings tonight and had zero issues. Place is clean and new and everything you need for the very inexpensive price. The rooms each have a full side refrigerator and small kitchenette. Pleased for the price

My Travelocity review on 11/09/21: This hotel appeared to be filled with local homeless people with people hanging out around the entrance and in the parking lot. Upon check-in we were told housekeeping is every other day. We were given 2 towels and were told we would have to bring them back for exchange if we needed clean ones. Upon entering the room we were hit with a terrible odor coming out of the wall air conditioner. We quickly booked another hotel and checked out. We were told by the receptionist we would have to go through Travelocity to get a refund. I contacted Travelocity but they have not been able to get anyone to answer the phone at the hotel after multiple attempts. I have filed a claim with the purchased travel insurance (recommended by Travelocity) but doubt anything will happen as they do not indicate coverage for dirty/unsafe hotels. Hotel response on 11/10/2021: Joe, I want to apologize on behalf of my Staff and Myself , we strive to provide the very best experience and safety to our Guest and Staff, I hope that next time you are in town you will give us another chance to give you a great experience. Regards, General Manager Travelocity response on 12/01/2021: Hi, Joe! Thank you so much for patiently waiting. I was able to talk with the hotel property and follow up your refund request however, they still refuses to process your refund because according to the front desk and the manager, your reservation will still remain non-refundable. I apologize for the inconvenience Joe but as much as I loved to help you out with this one, Travelocity have to acknowledge the hotel property's decision regarding the policy of your reservation. My response to Travelocity on 12/01/2021: I realize I am only 1 customer and Travelocity has many so my leaving your service will not matter but I am a principled person who cannot do business with a company without reasonable standards of quality as it relates to the customer. So 1 star for the hotel and the same for Travelocity. I am deleting my Travelocity account (10 years) over this as well.
