I went on the app and only ordered 2 crazy sauce and 1 ranch. I was sent back confirmation numbers,time for pick up,codes and everything. I get there they have nothing. Telling me maybe I'm too early (for crazy sauce and ranch?) even though I was late 10 mins. I check my account they took my money but this dude has nothing on his system and won't give me my sauces. So I call customer service to get my money refunded. Now I'm on hold forever. I'll never order little crashers again. Total trash!!!!!

I just want to commend the guy that was working tonight. He was by himself. It may have taken longer than expected to get my pizza but he's getting the job done.

They’re always close, never answer the phone, and can’t order pizza online, does anyone know how you’re supposed to purchase pizza from this place. Seriously is there a lottery system for placing an order with them.

I place a pizza portal order so I don't have to stand in there and take up space, while I wait in my car outside. The order will be ready in 30m it says. Kind of long but okay. So 25m later, they cancel my order with no explanation. As soon as I get out of the car to see what's up, the guy inside *runs* to the door and locks it. In the next 2 minutes I see several more people walk up to the door yelling "HEY you already took my money!!". Excellent communication here, guys. If you have 30m to burn and aren't that hungry, it's a great way to spend time!
