We’ve now had two orders that have been insanely late. Like 2.5 hours from ordering, late. I know it’s not the fault of the drivers or the people making the pizzas, but management really needs to get it together.

Order completed at 5:28p. Delivery expected at 6:45p. Still nothing at 7:10p. Call and call- either busy signal or get disconnected. Finally call the main number get connected to the store learn the order (just two two-topping pizzas, nothing crazy) is still at the store! We decide to punt and request a refund. Guy says he has a million other things to do first. I tell him np we can hold. After being on hold a few mins we're again disconnected. I call the main number, explain the situation and request a refund. They immediately said that they could take care of it no problem. If only the Westlake location were as kind and helpful as the main number representatives, perhaps we would still be customers.

Walked in ordered my pizza and came out in less then 7 mins around noon and got a BBQ chicken pizza that was so beautiful when I opened box and tasted amazing 👏

Better than most of your typical delivery chains. The dine-in experience is just ok. Patio is a great place if you have little ones and they are a BYOB establishment. We found ourselves there quite a lot when our kids were smaller (the playground is good). I rated four out of five for the total experience. You'll find better pizza elsewhere but this is a great spot for a casual family dining experience when the weather is nice. Just don't come expecting anything fancy - that's not the note they are trying to hit.
