We went to GattiTown in Austin Texas. It was fun for the kiddo, she enjoyed the games. However the pizza was not very good, and it didn't seem like they would restock the pizza until even the cold inedible pieces were eaten! We had to stand and wait at the buffet for them to bring new pizza out, which limited the selection greatly!

We order here every weekend and love Gatti’s however today was not it. We ordered 3 pizzas for delivery but only 1 was delivered. The delivery person said Gatti’s only gave her 1 and that we had to contact Gatti’s. We called Gatti’s and they said they gave her all 3 but offered to send us the other 2. We accepted and had to tip the second driver but the pizzas we got looked so bad. We’re not sure if they thought we were lying about not receiving the pizzas and did it on purpose? Really disappointed because we literally order every weekend from this Gatti’s but won’t be anymore after today. The first picture is the first order delivered and the second picture is the second order delivered. I gave 3 stars because we typically love Gatti’s but just unhappy in the quality difference for something that was not our fault. This is something that should have been dealt with between the driver and business.

I wish I could give them a negative star review. My order arrived 2 hours late! I have called them 6 times and on hold each time for longer than 7-10 minutes and no one has answered! Worst experience ever! I’m sure they are capable of answering the phone they literally just don’t want to. They forgot 4 of my items only the pizza arrived and it was completely cold! How am I supposed to get a refund when they won’t answer?! This is completely ridiculous!!!!! I have a newborn at home that’s why I ordered ruined my whole night and dinner!
