The absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. I had surgery and it took 4 different trips to receive my 3 prescriptions. Every time I would call they would tell me they would be ready at a certain time and when I went they were not. I wasn’t even showing up right at the time they told me I would show up 30-60 min after the time they told me. They showed zero sympathy or any indication they cared at. Not to mention when I go to pick up my monthly prescription I have to call EVERY TIME. As they will NOT automatically fill it for you. You have to basically get on their case for every single prescription. Zero chance I’ll ever fill another prescription here and I advise you to do the same.

The women at this pharmacy are RUDE and have terrible customer service skills. This includes the PHARMACIST. My doctor called in a prescription & they consistently wouldn’t fill it and asked for clarification. When in fact my doctor said they should have been familiar with said prescription & had no issues. I will NEVER go here or EVER give them my money. Jennine and the pharmacist are in need of a manager to put them in their place. I told her how Jennine was being short and curt with me and she said “no she wasn’t”. I have news for ya, the customer is never wrong, you never argue with a customer, you apologize and figure out how to make it right. 😑I hope they feel good about themselves making a pregnant woman cry.

Always understaffed. I feel bad for the technician who I always see being overworked. They try their hardest, but there’s too many customers for such a small pharmacy.

THE H.E.B PHARNACY..No doubt the most inconsiderate group of people to ever work at a great H.E.B. These people are not held to the same standards that all the other employees, at H.E.B are held to .and it shows. Rude,Argumentative, Confrontational, Disrespectful, Condescending, Arrogant, in other words the exact opposite of the employees that fill the rest of the store. Kind, Considerate, Helpful, Caring people in every department, except the aforementioned PHARMACY ( WERE NOT CONTROLLED BY H.E.B) So we can be as crude to everyone as we please. What a terrible group to represent one of the finest grocery store's in Texas...
