Made the application, then nothing happened. We went to talk to them on three different occasions, received different information each time. The last time was the worst. I’ve never had anyone talk to me that way, the front person actually told me, have you ever applied for an apartment before in the nastiest tone. Well yes I have, and it’s never been like this before. Perhaps the problem is the process since I’ve never had an issue applying to an apartment before. I guess it’s a blessing in disguise, right off the front gate lots of problems and attitude, so I imagine it would get worse to actually live there.

I posted a question about apt 837 two days ago to try and get an answer and to document the terrible maintenance so people can see how bad the maintenance is at this property. It's close to 2 weeks without a refrigerator, which means the food in it is ruined and my family is having to use a cooler to keep food in the apartment. We have to spend time out of your day fighting to have the property management understand that this is unacceptable. All we're asking is that you fix your property according to the terms in the contract! I'm advising my family to call the office until we get the refrigerator fixed!

I don’t even know where to start I’ve never had an aprartment complex so quick to respond to any issues you have going on I made a maintenance request late at night about the ac and I expected it to take a while it was fixed that morning any time I go to the office they are always smiling and ready to help Gigi is awesome at explaining anything I have questions about and it is a really quiet but yet kid friendly environment I love love love the gym I need to go more often but I have no complaints at all I love it here

My name is Henry Thompson retired Military and TSA. I love ALL the ladies in our Cannon Oaks Apartment office. I know everyone has problems, but every time I see or talk to ALL the ladies in the office they give the impression they have no problems (the prefect life). Always smiling, always give excellent greetings. Just friendly overall and act as if it’s their the apartments is their business and working so hard to make their business work. I have seen them treat other residents the same. There is so much good that can be said about them. Please do whatever it takes to keep them. I know I would hate to lose them. Thanks
