I have been looking in the Steiner Ranch area for apartment options and my visit here was lovely. The grounds are very well kempt, and office staff was great- I want to mention Zaidy by name, she was exceptionally helpful and understanding of our needs and budget. She gave us an extensive tour of the property and we truly value the time she gave us in the search for our new home.

I recently moved to Austin after selling my home of 11 years on Long Island, New York. The decision to sell and leave NY was difficult and I spent 6 months traveling to Florida and South Carolina thinking it would be best for me to be near family. I had been to Austin several times years ago and remembered how much I liked it so I decided to get an AirBnB in Austin to check out this tiny homes community in East Austin named Village Farm. I loved the idea of living on an organic farm, growing my own food but although you owned the house you did not own the lot so I decided it wasn't for me. However, Austin is for me and I feel incredibly lucky to have found Steiner Ranch! I actually was due to move into the development next door (Meritage) but the townhouses there are dated and more expensive. Bell is much more contemporary and modern and I love my floor plan with it's huge island. I have traveled extensively in Europe and I feel as if I am living in a 5 star hotel. I have only been here a short while but the management team is so responsive to every question I have had. I am also loving the location in Hill Country and the fact that I have everything I had in New York including a garage! My family are in shock that I've decided to move to Austin, but I am loving it!

I definitely fall in the middle here. I really enjoy parts of this complex: the location is the best part! The sunsets are amazing over the lake. Also, I’ve got nothing but good things to say about the manager Cynthia. I moved in almost 2 years ago and there was no community manager, things were really bad. When she got hired you immediately knew that there was actually someone running the place. The apartments themselves are modern and put together well. Parts of this complex stink. Over the nearly two years the golf simulator has worked maybe a handful of times. The pool was broken for months. The clubhouse bathrooms also get dirty and frequently run out of hand towels & toilet paper. Among other things that aren't worth noting. Overall, Cynthia inherited a mess but it’s a good community. Personally, I found more space elsewhere with working amenities and decided it was time to move Hats off to the maintenance team!!
