I just wanted to give a good review to the maintenance because they were able to fix my AC so fast. A couple weeks ago my AC went out and the temperature went up to 88 degrees. I stayed at a friend's place for 2 nights to sleep and then placed a online request for maintenance and called the front office to see if they could get get this repair expedited. I honestly was worried because it can take a while to fix the AC, especially if the whole unit needs to be replaced. Later that night, the temperature already dropped down to 80 but even more important, the humidity had become comfortable which is even more important when trying to sleep. The next morning it was a wonderful 65 degrees. I just wanted to appreciate how fast the team at the front desk worked and then how quickly the maintenance team fixed the issue. My advice is that if you have an emergency issue, call the front desk if they are still there. Your maintenance issue be made a top priority.

Hidden fees! Hidden fees with trash, cable, pest control, etc. Fitness Center has not been open since I moved in. No responses to calls or emails.

The last year my experience living at River Stone Ranch has been top notch. The grounds are very well taken care of with an amazing pool and outdoor entertaining pavilion including an adjacent volleyball court. There are two grills and a fireplace which makes the community experience here exceptionally enjoyable. The staff is absolutely amazing with Molly, Joey, Julissa, Christine always being helpful with a smile on their face ready to solve any problem. I have always been impressed. Keep up the good work!
