First off staff asked for the customers to order through their mobile app is such an inconvenience especially if you have cash. The staff’s reason was because there was only two of them running the store. I personally ran a cafe in the rush hour morning and it was just two of us and we still accepted customers no matter what. The reason to not be able to take orders over the counter because they are short staffed is just not a valid excuse. No wonder why this place seem so dead from the exterior. To add to that we’re the only customers about to take orders I can’t understand this excuse. It’s just sad to see a business run like this when you should take all opportunities to get your customers specially near a dense hotel area. This is a disappointment.

I try to patronize independent coffee shops or make coffee at home, however, Starbucks is the best alternative when those options are not available. I ordered the largest iced coffee and a brownie (which are decadent and delicious). They were out of brownies. Understandable, since it was late afternoon. When I got to the window, was told they were out of iced coffee. But, they subbed another drink for the same price. No problem, these things happen. The staff was friendly and apologetic. I will get a brownie another day.

Yeah this Starbucks is bad. I’ve had multiple problems with them because of inconsistent staff. It doesn’t matter what I’m ordering they usually have a way of messing it up. The only reason I go here is because it’s the closest to me. Today I went in and they *again* did my matcha latte half foam, half latte. I was the only one in the drive thru and it was ready by the time I got to the window. Which I appreciate but I would rather have it done right then done fast. Please teach your staff correctly and hold them accountable. They’re very nice people but don’t usually get anything right. Take some tips from down the road at the south shore location. Their staff always care and I’ve never had a problem with them.

Federal guidelines restrict employers from hiring at 14. If you are emancipated there may be a legal caveat. You should check into it.
