Great people but no restroom service and no place to sit. We had to seat in a bench on the street to eat our breakfast and had to ask for a bathroom in another place.

For a place that sells coffee, which is known to make you go to the bathroom, their “out of order” sign for the bathroom looks like it’s been up longer than the store has been there. As for coffee, it’s Starbucks, standard stuff. Pretty good.

Super nice and comfort place to have a frap or your fave drink from this chain. Neat and clean. There was a line when we arrived, but took less than a minute to reach the register and just one minute to get our order. This place has not just one but two gender neutral, single restrooms. Too bad they were out of cake pops, which were the main reason we made a stop from our walk to meet Downtown Austin. Nonetheless, I definitely recommend this place when visiting the city.
