You can pretty much always count on Starbucks. I place my order in the app as we come down 183 and it is ready, with the order right, every time.

Just came over here for A pick me up. The younger guy that helped me was nice enough But said he was putting whip cream on my coffee and then when I get it he either didn’t put any or shoved it into the coffee with the lid so it all got dissolved. If there’s whip cream you should leave the lid off so the customer can enjoy it. The older guy who’s bald (I am bald too) was the real problem today. Very rude and impatient and bad attitude. I asked for my coffee cake warmed up and they just threw it in a paper bag with nothing to eat it on. I asked for a plate he gave me a dirty look. When I went back and asked for whip cream he gave me a dirty look. No one apologized for anything. I just found hard paper or cardboard in my coffee cake. I think they cut through the packaging too hard and included it with the food. We’ll see what happens when I tell him about it. I will be trying to get a hold of regional management.

Starbucks is always great. They do a good job with having a good ratio on my pink drink.

Yesterday I went for a Irish cream cold brew and the lady didn’t know how to do it, asked her if there was something missing and she said no that’s how it is. She didn’t offer to change it she just said that’s how it is. Even with the picture in front of her… very disappointed. By the way, this is how it is!
