We waited in line behind 1 car for an hour at 10 a.m.....there is no one in front of us, it's not a long line, but I live across the street and this whataburger is ALWAYS slow. We still haven't ordered and we're just leaving, we don't even want food anymore but we're STILL stuck in the line, just trapped. I'm never coming to this location again

The night staff today wanna be petty because they don’t know how to do their job.. so they gave me cold As* food.. smh. The other staff is way better then the one that was there tonight.

I do not recommend frequenting this location. Several times I have picked up food, and there have been multiple issues- order is incorrect/incomplete, staff members are unfriendly/unapproachable, and once I ordered a soda that tasted foul. I recommend visiting another Whataburger location in ATX before stopping into this one.

I love Whataburger but this is easily the worst run restaurant I have ever been to. It is no longer fast food, a 10 year old who runs a lemonade stand is more organized and efficient than this Whataburger. Anyways have fun sitting in a drive thru line for an hour
