I’m so sad to be writing this review because I absolutely loved the nail tech that took care of me. In no way do I blame her because she was the best. She really was amazing and I know it was not her fault. I am just very disappointed in the quality of the products. I paid 99$. You guys that’s a lot of money for someone like me but I figured that it was worth it for my baby shower and they started to get ruined 2 days later? I’ve had these nails done since Friday 1/21 and by yesterday they were already chipped and crystals coming off. I’ve never had a gel manicure last so little and it just really sucks. I really am just so disappointed in throwing away 100$.

I booked an appointment 3 weeks ago, due to an event, for pedicure and gel with French tip and new set nails also with French as my nail lady who has done my nails since February 2019 (Cynthia, who does not work here) would be out of town. I was recommended a lady named Vicky for my gel pedicure by the front desk lady and was told that I’ll get my pedi done at the same time as my new set. My appointment was this morning at 10AM (08.16.21) they didn’t open the doors before 10.05. The front desk lady didn’t even say hi. After a few minutes she asked for my name and told me that I didn’t do the covid application and have to do it. I showed her that I already had done it Thursday (which is 4 days ago) on my phone, but she told me that she couldn’t find it in her system. After finishing it and been waiting she told me that someone else could do my pedicure and regular pedicure, not what I ordered cause who ever set up my appointment had only set up regular pedi. I told her that the most important was my nails due to an event coming up this weekend and can come back for pedicure. Finally 10.35 I got someone who was supposed to do my new set (I think her name was Danny, I don’t exactly remember her name), but as you can see on the picture uploaded I hit my thumb few months ago and it’s growing, but still lifted in the end. She said she is not allowed to put a tip or do anything on lifted nails so I asked her if she could do the rest of the nails which is perfectly fine, but she refused to do my nails because of that one nail that was lifted. After waiting for 35 minutes, my pedicure was not booked correctly so I didn’t get it and I was refused service because of one lifted nail! This salon and the staff doesn’t even deserve one star! I am a hair & beauty teacher and been in the business for 16 years, I’ve never seen so poor service and rude people! This is NOT the way you treat clients!

I came here yesterday for the first time ever because I saw their beautiful nail pictures on Instagram. However, I am very disappointed with how my nails came out. I asked the manicurist for blue ombré , I expected them to look more blending like and professional instead of half white, half blue. I asked the manicurist at the end of the service if she can at least fix the last 2 dark nails and make them blend more but she said she couldn’t. I’m a very shy and timid person which is why I didn’t insist or asked to speak to the manager. I was simply in shock and utter disbelief in how she left my nails. I learned my lesson not to trust the nice pictures they have on their Instagram page.

From 6 months ago First of all it's not worth the price & the service doesn't match the price. I came here 2 years ago and paid $75 ( that wasn't a mani/pedi) I found somewhere else that charges about $55 better quality & better service. The only reason I came back here a second time was for a friend her wedding day is tomorrow. And the original appointment we had somewhere else had to cancel to do an family emergency. We called this location because they were open til 9. We asked to make an appointment for 4 girls @ 8 pm they said they don't take appointments and we could just walk in as long as it was before 8! We arrived at each arrived within 7:00-7:15 pm, the 4 th girl was running late she arrived at 7:20 pm but that was OK since there wasn't a lot of people working there at that hour ( we were willing to wait). The lady at the front counter was not that friendly, she wanted to know what we wanted to to do so she could get an idea ( we were honestly confused cause they had so much going on, in their pricing menu.) She explained that she could only take two of us for the mean time and the 3rd girl would have to wait 30 min. The lady that was doing my nails was having a bad & long day which was understandable ( we ALL DO.)But then she started to get mad when some one stole her bond age polish not exactly sure if that what it was called. She ran around trying to find saying "Where the heck is my Effin bonder!"...."I'm so effing pist!"...she did apologize about her behavior, but what i'm more upset about is that I got cut twice & the cleaning process was very painful ( I just toughed it out because i don't have time to go anywhere else.) I told her maybe they took it by accident ( she said i'm giving them the benefit of the doubt that it is because every knows to ask for permission. ) ADVICE TO YOUR EMPLOYEES ASK FOR PERMISSION SO THERE IS NO DRAMA. I didn't want to speak the rest of the process because it was an uncomfortable situtation. I paid $30.00 ( ill post pics, not worth the service nor the price). I gave her a 3.00 tip just cause i felt bad my friends were saying not to tip her all. I did love that she gave us oppinions on what to do. What also upset us is that our 4th friend didn't even get the chance to do her nails because it was 9:00pm no one wanted to help us anymore. We also did not get to do a pedi cause the staff had went home at 7pm. ( They told us make an appointment next time. HOW IF YOU DIDN'T LET US? HOW IF YOU SAID YOU DON'T TAKE APPOINMENTS!? RUDE MUCH?!). I have no reason to return to this location. I didn't make a scene because I am not that type of person. One thing is for sure, I will not return here I've learned my lesson. It was a very traumatizing & uncomfortable experience. At least the brides nails were nice ( the one thing they did do right) Hope it helps 2 stars because - they do nice nails but not nice people. I'm all about customer service and this was by far the worst. Don't let your situations effect the customers. I've been a Manager for 6 years and I can tell you that was not ok. Reviews is a big deal now a days keep that in mind. All your paying for is the environment

For n0w seems just 2 that I know of north Hollywood and Beverly hills I'd recommend n0rth h0llyw00d th0 it has parking sense its located in a shopping center the Beverly hills one is harder to find parking space so better to uber to that location
For a square full set I believe its 28$ for a stiletto, coffin, or almond full set it's about 38$ on up depending on if you get stones or any type of design and yes they do Matt acrylic nails

Yes, they do provide callus removal. Just ask for it when you book your appt.
