Be careful about staying too long. The price you start with will soon jump to a crazy amount. My rent was raised half of what I was already paying. You are only an algorithm and that's how this corporation treats you. Shop around if you need long term storage.

Even though nobody was in the office at the time we got there to inquire, the agent who helped us over the phone was very patient. After 30 minutes, Estrella came back and was very polite and helpful. She ran to our storage and told us how it works. Thank you very much.

Paul and Estrella were very welcoming and helpful! They made my first day of moving into my storage unit stress-free. Instead of walking with me to see my unit, Paul generously drove me in their company golf cart and showed me where the unit was located and how the roll up doors and locks worked.
