I ordered some Ardex 8+9 and the bottle had leaked inside the manufacturer’s box but you could not tell from the outside. I sent pictures in a reply email and within hours they sent a replacement box. I will be shopping here for my specialty needs.

Helpful, but I was told a specific type of tile edging only came in 3 colors....when I asked him to double check...he assured me we only had 3 choices. My colleague found that they in fact DO make the piece we needed in more colors than just the 3 this guy said. Other than that....cool spot.

The parking and main entrance were wide open, lights on and everything at 5:45, so by the time I parked and decided to walk in it was 5:48 and at the entrance some guy rudely said “ey, there’s still 12 minutes left” they shouldn’t even open the parking lot or the main entrance if they don’t want people to assume it’s a soft opening, many places do. The least that could’ve been done was that this guy could’ve been polite about it. True we’re construction workers but that doesn’t mean we don’t deserve good customer service.

They were pleasant enough when I personally delivered the returned item that I mistaken got on amazon, but the next day when my refund came into my bank It was $155 short of what I payed. The idiots charged me a 20% restocking fee!! For what? The five minutes it took them to put it back on the shelf! I order a ton of tile materials and they will not see another dime from my company!
