If you want quality service this isn't the place for you. Their communication and customer service skills are sub-par. When asked about what service was actually done on my bike it was clear that they did the bare minimum with no attention to detail. If you do have to get service here, make sure you tell them specifically what you want done and which tools they should use to do it (otherwise everything gets eyeballed...maybe shaken 😂)

Chris and Harold really took a lot of time with us to explain the benefits and use of each type of bike. They encouraged us to test ride them as well as helped us find the best bikes for our budgets. Both of them were an absolute pleasure to work with and we really appreciated their knowledge and expertise.

I bought my Trek Marlin 5 bike from here after test-riding the 4 thinking it was what I wanted. They explained that the 5 had features on it that I thought were on the 6 and higher, and it was on sale and within my budget. After I purchased an older bike trailer for my kids second hand that didn’t come with the quick release hardware, they were able to quickly find the part numbers I needed in order to locate online. They also offered to order them for me however their current ETA would’ve been a month from now. But the service they gave me with getting the part numbers (and photos of the parts themselves so I knew what I was looking for) was exceptional. I will continue to bring my biking business here and recommend anyone else stop by.
