Miscommunication can happen and I definitely understand. However, when asked for my paperwork I had noticed the notes between staff were commenting on me and some requested that were asked from my dog’s daycare. I was might have been frustrated, but never yelled or was upset and there was a note on my file as “fyi will probably be upset over phone.” There were a few other notes that I think are a little unprofessional and I will not be coming back. I think the vet staff does great at what they do, but there was a lot of unprofessionalism.

Absolutely amazing staff. I wish I lived closer so I could bring my Labrador to them . I unfortunately had to put down my sweet poncho and the staff was so kind about it . They kept my boy so comfortable until I was able to make it up there to spend some time with him before he crossed the rainbow bridge . The doctor who put him to sleep I believe her last name was foster she was so amazing and kind and explained the process and gave us plenty of time with our beloved baby . All staff was amazing I wish I could remember everyone’s names . He had been laid to rest on the 15th and was ready on the 17th with his beautiful paw print they did amazing on so detailed . I would highly recommend this vet to anyone I know . Above and beyond with communication , you can tell each person truly cares for its customers and animals well beings . Thank you all who cared for my beloved baby boy and made him so comfortable. You all are amazing and deserve the best. - <3

My guess is he has some sort of contact allergy, or an allergy to something he is eating. I had a cat with a flea saliva allergy when I lived in Oregon. Even though she was on a good flea medicine, the bites themselves were what was triggering her reaction. I had nicknamed her NNK, for Nearly Naked Kitty (real name Zipper). Luckily for her, we moved to Colorado where fleas are less of a problem than they were in Oregon. Her hair all grew back. I understand not being able to afford taking him to the vet. I really think he needs to be looked at, so he can get some relief. Possibly check out assistance from the Humane Society to find a lower cost vet or someplace that has a sliding scale based on income. Tractor Supply on the east side of Fort Collins has low cost vet services on some Saturdays. I don't know if it's just vaccinations or other types of treatment. Front Range Veterinary is an awesome place for your pets, if you can do it. Good luck.
Unfortunately I had to bring my dog in and she died at the vets
I believe there is only 1 pick up time on Sundays at 5 or 5:30. The clinic is not open but staff comes in to the boarding facility.
